Loneliness is sometimes so deeply embedded in your psyche that it can be too difficult to reach it. It might take you ages to unravel the underlying secrets and mysteries that make you who you are which is this lonely person. And every time you try to step out of this bubble that you’ve been living in, it’s too hard, as the walls are too thick. You have been unknowing, unintentionally strengthening the barrier between you and the world.
But there is always a way out, an escape. You can take the long route, which is full of hurdles, agony, and introspection. Examine every tiny detail of yourself like an outsider. Watch your actions and words as would another. Dive deep into your thoughts, prying, digging and poking in all directions. And keep going until you discover the root of the disease and come up with a cure.
Or you can take the shortcut. Wake up one morning and walk the world like the most sociable person, out to make friends and share your joys and sorrows. And then one day it may not matter who you were and why you were.
